Join the OKI Regional Council of Governments for a guided walking tour of the renaissance taking shape in downtown Hamilton.  The city's Community Development Staff will talk about all the hard work poured into each of the successful projects highlighted on the tour.  Also, they will discuss how the recently revised Plan Hamilton seeks to build upon those successes.  Highlights of the 90 minute tour include:

Marcum Park - Hamilton's newly completed riverfront park that is winner of an APA Great Places award.

Spookynook Sports Complex - work is underway on converting an abandoned paper mill into a premier indoor and outdoor sports complex.

Hamilton's urban art and sculptures

Municipal Brew Works - recently opened, but already award winning microbrewery on High Street.

The tour will begin at the Hamilton Municipal Center at 345 High Street and end at nearby Municipal Brew Works.  So, why not leave work early and join us for a walk around downtown Hamilton?
