Cuyahoga County Greenprint Training

Warrensville Heights Branch - Cuyahoga County Library

Greenprint Training

Vibrant Greenspace will be the 2017 theme for Sustainable Cleveland, and a great theme for all of Cuyahoga County. Whether it’s Public Square or University Heights' new Community Park, opportunities for new or improved, accessible green spaces abound. One great tool for planning these projects is the new County Greenprint. The Greenprint is an easy to use, web-based tool loaded with visual data of the county’s natural assets and supplemented with real estate, census, and other quantitative information. Planning, economic development, and other professionals are already using this tool. University and environmental group staff are as well.

The next Greenprint training session will be held on Tuesday, September 13. Participants will learn how to use the mapping tool, access best practices and create basic customized maps.
