Coordinated Facilities Master Plan: Phase 1 Vision Plan - RFP
City of Shaker Heights
The City of Shaker Heights, Shaker Heights City Schools and Shaker Heights Public Library seek proposals for a facilitator to assist in a coordinated facilities planning process. The three entities operate buildings, parks, open space, fields and parking. Together, a task force comprised of representatives of all three entities (the “Task Force”) are seeking proposals for an engagement for the development of a vision plan from firms/teams with expertise in facilitation, visioning and physical space planning. The chosen firm or team will assist the Task Force to make recommendations for the best and most efficient use of current and future facilities.

Proposals must be emailed in PDF format (file size no larger than 15MB) no later than 12:00 noon on December 17, 2018.
