RFP for Redevelopment Plan of Severance Town Center The City of Cleveland Heights invites firms to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) to prepare a Redevelopment Plan for the Severance Town Center Mall. The Severance Town Center Mall is approximately 57 acres and over 600,000 square feet in size and represents the City’s largest business district.
