The City of Cleveland is accepting proposals from accomplished consultants to lead the development process for Cleveland’s new Form-Based Zoning Code (FBC). The City will pilot the new FBC in two to four to be determined geographies. The code will fully replace the present Euclidian zoning code in these areas. The final product must include all text, organizational material, maps and any other necessary provisions to administer the new code. The code will be a reflection of the City Planning Commission’s vision for a City that fosters healthy, sustainable and equitable neighborhoods.
