2024 Metropolitan Transportation Plan RFQ
Licking County Area Transportation Study (LCATS) as the metropolitan planning organization (MPO) for Licking County in central Ohio, is seeking qualifications for professional consulting services to develop the 2024 Metropolitan Transportation Plan for the MPO.
