RFQ - Land usage code revision/rewrite
City of Montgomery
The City of Montgomery, Ohio is seeking Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for Professional Services from highly skilled land use planning firms interested in contracting with the City to provide a land usage code revision/rewrite. The purpose of the RFQ process is to identify the most qualified respondents. The City reserves the right to make its selection solely on qualifications submitted and is not required to conduct a formal interview process.

Please submit proposals and qualifications to Kevin Chesar, Community Development Director, City of Montgomery, Ohio, 10101 Montgomery Road, Montgomery, Ohio 45242, plainly marked on the outside: Professional Services - Land Usage Code Update. Submittals must be received by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on June 6, 2025, and will be opened and evaluated shortly thereafter.
The Code and associated Zoning Map will need to be updated to conform to the 2025 Montgomery Comprehensive Plan anticipated to be adopted in June 2025 (www.MontgomerysMoment.com).
