The City of Cleveland Heights wishes to ensure it has a comprehensive understanding of the local housing market and is able to respond to any gaps with the appropriate housing policies via a Housing Needs Assessment
Therefore, the City seeks a qualified consultant or consultant team (the “Consultant”) to produce a data-driven Housing Needs Assessment for the City of Cleveland Heights that includes community engagement.
