Zoning Resolution RFP
Miami Township
The primary purpose of this project is to create a modern, effective, and forward-looking Zoning Resolution that fully integrates the vision, goals, and initiatives outlined in "The Plan: Miami Township Comprehensive Plan," adopted on March 15, 2022. The new Zoning Resolution will replace the current Zoning Resolution, last revised on February 4, 2025, but initially adopted in 1972. Consultants will work closely together with Community Development Department Staff. Consultants will function primarily in a support capacity, assisting with project management, best practice research/implementation, and enhancing written materials generated by Staff.
