Bath Township is seeking the services of a qualified planning consultant or consulting firm with demonstrated experience in the development and updating of Ohio Township Zoning Resolutions.
The selected consultant must possess:
• Extensive experience in zoning resolution analysis, drafting, and implementation specifically for Ohio townships.
• A thorough understanding of the Ohio Revised Code as it pertains to township zoning authority, zoning Resolution legislation, procedures, and enforcement mechanisms.
• A proven track record of working collaboratively with zoning staff and Township zoning boards and commissions to develop zoning language that aligns with the Bath Township Comprehensive Plan and legal requirements of the State of Ohio.
