This position reviews zoning certificates related to residential development, commercial signs, and accessory uses, and prepares reports for the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals. The City Planner assists with coordinating transit planning, public outreach, and grants. This position is responsible for the technical work, such as designing and preparing graphs and maps, for City projects. This position is under the direct supervision of the Planning and Zoning Manager.
