Winchester-Clark County, Kentucky Parks and Recreation Request for Strategic Planning Services Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Complete RFQ Document may be requested by email from WCCPR@ccgisonline.com SUBJECT: Winchester-Clark County Parks & Recreation (WCCPR) is requesting a Statement of Qualifications for professional services relating to the creation of a Parks & Recreation Master Plan to include, but not limited to, the following: -Creation and presentation of a Parks Master Plan document -Coordination of data gathering with diverse stakeholder groups -Establishment of short-term and long-term strategies for parks creation, maintenance, and improvement -Presentation to review and refine the results of the plan -Development of a funding strategy for the plan See the complete list of desired items in the RFQ, Section 2, Scope of Services. All Responses are Due No Later Than December 13, 2019, at 2:00 P.M. EST
