Planning for Electric Vehicles in Ohio: Dublin’s Electrification Journey

As electric vehicles (EVs) and EV charging infrastructure have recently become mainstream conversation, the City of Dublin has been on an electrification journey for years. This presentation will explore Dublin’s electrification efforts from their first charger to the electrification plan they are currently developing. The presenters will share trends in EVs and EV charging nationally and in Ohio before narrowing in on Dublin’s efforts. The presentation will highlight best practices around development requirements as EV charging becomes more prevalent inside cities and towns. Finally, information on funding sources will be shared.
