Pay Range: 66,000-93,000
As part of the Community Development team, reporting to the Senior Planning Officer, this position provides numerous and varied services to assist residents, contractors, developers, the Board of Zoning and Planning and its committees, City Council, the director of the department, the City Manager and others as required. Reviews permit applications for compliance with the Unified Development Ordinance; attends Board of Zoning and Planning meetings and transcribes meeting minutes; assists customers at the permit intake counter; performs zoning inspections and other duties as needed.
