Dayton Mall Master Plan Update
Miami Township
The Miami Crossing Joint Economic Development District (the “JEDD”) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to update the 2015 Dayton Mall Area Master Plan. The original Master Plan set a bold vision to transform the two-square-mile commercial and retail strip development surrounding the Dayton Mall into a more walkable, mixed-use environment, aiming to create an authentic township center for Miami Township, the JEDD, and the surrounding region. This update will ensure the plan remains relevant and effective in guiding future development and investment in the Dayton Mall Area.
