Responsible for overall policy and program development for HUD entitlement grants, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Grant (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), CDBG-CV, ESG-CV, CARES, Emergency Rental Assistance, American Rescue Plan and other federal program funds as they become available (current funding is $20 million and over 150 projects).
