The City of Canal Winchester is requesting proposals from qualified firms with experience in community visioning, urban design, land use and environmental planning, economic analysis, and citizen involvement/participation to create the City’s Comprehensive Plan. Interested consultants shall submit documentation substantiating their qualifications to perform the services required.
