Licking County Area Transportation Study (LCATS) as the metropolitan planning organization (MPO) for Licking County in central Ohio, is seeking qualifications for professional consulting services to develop the 2024 Metropolitan Transportation Plan for the MPO. The development of this planning document will include collecting and utilizing data, engaging the public, assessing the current state of the multi-modal transportation system in the region, and incorporating scenario-planning strategies.
